Executive Director of Punjab National Bank, Shri Amit Kumar Srivastava
Shri Amit Kumar Srivastava assumed charge as the Executive Director on the Board of Punjab National Bank on 24th November, 2025.
Shri Srivastava started his banking career in the erstwhile Oriental Bank of Commerce as an Officer in March 1994 and has had illustrious career, serving the Bank across various verticals. He brings with him over 31 years of rich and multi-dimensional Banking experience.
Over the course of his career, he has held several key operational and leadership positions across Branch Banking, Treasury Management, Risk Management and Credit Review & Monitoring including Zonal Manager of PNB’s Jodhpur Zone. His most recent assignment was as Group Chief Risk Officer (GCRO) of PNB.
An alumnus of BHU, he holds a master’s degree in Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Treasury & Forex Management from ICFAI. He has also earned globally recognised credentials including the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) certification from GARP (USA), Professional Risk Manager and Risk in Financial Services.
