What is the Relationship Manager (RM) Program?
The RM Program is a premium banking service created exclusively for eligible Privilege Customers of PNB.
Under this program, a dedicated Relationship Manager is assigned to support your complete banking relationship — including deposits, loans, service requests, and financial guidance. Your RM ensures personalized attention, quicker resolutions, and a smooth banking experience at every step.
Whether you need assistance with everyday banking or guidance on premium banking products, your Relationship Manager is always there to help.
Eligibility Criteria for Privilege Customers
Customers meeting any of the following criteria are eligible for the Privilege Banking RM Program:

Current Account customers maintaining Quarterly Average Balance (QAB) of Rs.5 lakh and above

Savings Account customers maintaining QAB of Rs.10 lakh and above

Retail Credit Customers with outstanding balance of Rs.50 lakh and above

Customers with Total Deposit Relationship Value (TDRV) of Rs.25 lakh and above
