It is secure application, having biometric & face authentication (iOS) along with MPIN.

Every transaction is authenticated through TPIN and OTP. UP Transaction from other bank and credit card will be UPI PIN.

All PNB customers with individual account, Joint account (mode of operation as E/S, F/S or Any one or Survivor) and Proprietorship account can register for PNB One.

No, in case of survivor holder, having individual operative account is mandatory for registration in PNB One.

Yes, loan and deposit account holders are eligible to register for the `View Facility` in PNB One..

PNB One On boarding/registration is free of cost. However, charges for certain services viz remittances are applicable as per bank’s guidelines being issued time to time. For more details please refer bank’s website pnb.bank.in.

All the accounts opened under same Customer ID will be available by default after registration. If any of the accounts are not visible, you may visit branch and get the Customer ID updated for those accounts.

Transaction is allowed for all type of Operative, Loan & Deposit accounts having mode of operation as Self, E/S, F/S, Any one or Survivor and Proprietorship.

As of now, PNB One is only available for accounts having mode of operation as Self, E/S, F/S, Any one or Survivor and Proprietorship accounts only. For corporate accounts, mobile banking can be accessed using PNB One Biz app.

User ID of mobile banking get disabled if not used for 360 days. In order to resume using PNB mobile banking, you can enable user using Debit Card/IBS Credential through Trouble Signing In on pre-login screen.

All the transactions which are performed through mobile banking channel are encrypted and travel to mobile banking server in secured mode. Also, SIM binding & device binding is available at every login.

Login into PNB ONEGo to Invest & Apply Section and Click Open FD Enter required details regarding period of FD, amount etc. FD Account will be opened successfully.

Fund Transfer

You can perform transaction up to amount ?10 lakh through PNB ONE. However, default limit of PNB ONE is ? 2 lakh which can be increased up to ?10 lakh.

Yes, you can send money without registering Payee up to 10,000 within PNB via link “QUICK TRANSFER”. LoginFund TransferQuick TransferEnter Account number & amountEnter TPIN & OTP.

MMID stands for Mobile Money Identifier, it is a seven-digit unique number issued by the bank upon registration for making payments through IMPS. Remitter and Beneficiary should have this MMID for doing these interbank funds transfer. You can generate your MMID via PNB ONELoginServiceMMIDView & Generate MMID

In this scenario, you may lodge complaint at PNB Customer Care number 1800-1800, 1800-2021 or visit your nearest branch to get the complaint raised.

It will take 2 hours for fund transfer after addition of beneficiary in mobile banking.

Yes, you can add multiple bank accounts using the UPI menu located in the navigation below.

  • (i)Login in PNB One
  • (ii)Click UPI icon under Pay & Transfer module.
  • (iii)Navigate to the Account menu and click the “+” icon to add another bank account.

For Existing to Bank (ETB) users, the authentication required for UPI transactions from PNB Bank Accounts will be “TPIN”. However, for transaction amount more than amount 5000/-, authentication will be TPIN and OTP. For transactions from other banks accounts, authentication will be UPI PIN for ETB (Existing to Bank) and NTB (New to Bank) both users.

Yes, you can schedule transaction through PNB ONE. LoginFund Transfer Transfer funds to Self/beneficiary “Enable Schedule transfer”.

Type of transactions which can be scheduled for future are:

  • i.Within Bank
  • ii.NEFT
  • iii.RTGS
  • iv.BBPS

If customer is unable to create FDR through PNB ONE. Please check:

  • a)Customer should be KYC Complied (KYC due date must be correctly updated in CRM > Basic info > personal details).
  • b)PAN Card should not be entered as IDPRO in Identification Document Details in CRM
  • c)Nomination details should be properly updated.
  • d)Title of the customer should be properly updated in CRM.
  • e)All mandatory field should be available i.e. related party details viz. type & Relation code in joint account.
  • f)Introducer details should be properly fed in CRM.
  • g)For staff case, Staff id in CRM must be updated to newly allotted id series starting with "5".
  • h)For retired staff case - Please raise SPSD to CBS-CRM team to undelete the staff id, if Staff id is deleted.

This happens due to unusual transactions/login in mobile banking. For unblocking, please call on 1800 111 626 or visit your nearest branch to get the complaint raised through email.

Bill Payments

There are various billers available in Bill Pay Services – Electricity, Water, Gas, Credit Card, Insurance, Fastag, Loan Repayment, DTH, Mobile Postpaid, Broadband Postpaid etc.

The maximum bill payment limit is 10 lakhs.

Yes, you can mark biller as favourite while making bill payment. A toggle button is available as “Yes” or “No” to mark as favourite while making bill payments.

Do’s & Don’ts

Do not reveal password(s) or OTP over phone, e-mail etc., to any person including Bank.

MPIN, TPIN & passwords can be changed as frequently as you wish. Please change your TPIN & passwords before it gets expired or when the application prompts you to do so.

Do not click on website links/attachments in unknown/suspicious emails. These links may take you to replica of banks website and ask for keying in your user id and password(s).

Bank will never send any e-mail requesting to provide user id/password and other sensitive information.

Are you a victim of Fraud?

If you find out that your credentials of mobile banking, internet banking or debit card is compromised, please take immediate action as under to prevent any further loss and speedy recovery:

Mobile/ Internet Banking: Disable your mobile banking account immediately by visiting website
Internet banking – Open Internet banking URL -https://iretail.pnb.bank.in -> Choose Retail Internet Banking -> Enter User ID -> Disable Mobile/Internet Banking.

b.Through SMS: Type message “BLOCK MBS CUSTID” and send it to 9264092640

c.Through WhatsApp Number (9264092640): User can also disable mobile banking service by using emergency menu.

Debit Card: Block your debit card immediately. You can block debit card through mobile banking, internet banking and through SMS.

  • Mobile Banking: Login -> Click on Emergency -> Choose option “Hotlist Debit Card”.
  • Internet Banking: Login -> Value Added Services -> Emergency Service -> Debit Card Hotlisting.
  • Through SMS: Type message “HOTLIST Card number” and send it to 5607040.
